Our residence is located in the splendid Gulf of Lacona, one of the main tourist resorts on the Island of Elba and in the Municipality of Capoliveri.
The beach of Lacona, with fine sand, alternates areas with bathing establishments with completely free areas, as well as activities for sports equipment rental for all types of water sports.
How to reach us
From Portoferraio
Just 7 minutes from Portoferraio, an internal road leads directly to Villa Conti.
From Rio Marina
25 minutes of paved and panoramic road, which crosses Porto Azzurro and quickly reaches Lacona.
By plane
15 minutes from the Residence, in La Pila - Marina di Campo - is the airport of the Island of Elba.
The residence
Delightfully nestled in the heart of the island, in the center of a park shaded by splendid pine, almond and olive trees, the structure offers a vast area for hours of relaxation among green spaces with a splendid view of the gulfs of Lacona and Margidore, particularly suggestive is the view on the island of Montecristo.
The private park is equipped for both the older ones (common barbecue, equipped areas, ...) and for the little ones (games, ping pong table).
The flats
Composed of 14 apartments,
the Residence overlooks the gulf of Lacona and it surrounded by lush countryside, offering customers sensations of well-being and freedom.
The apartments offer everything you need for your holiday on the Island of Elba and they are all equipped with LCD TV and large verandas, for spending pleasant moments of relaxation.
There are also 2 washing machines that can be used in common by all customers of the Residence.
